This tool maps the corresponding waveforms onto the points in the F5-file. Therefore, beside the F5-file itself, also the waveform-files (".wfm" or a "wff5.f5-file" exported from RXP) need to be specified. Please note that the ".wfm.idx" file needs to be in the same folder as the ".wfm", but only the ".wfm" has to be added to the input list. The F5-files and waveform-files don't have to be in the same folder, but the basename of the waveform-file (the filename before the dot or in case of a wff5-file the filename before the '_wff5.f5') must be part of the F5-file's basename, otherwise the app cannot match them. E.g. "123456_654321_Channel_G.wfm" would match both, "123456_654321_Channel_G_1.f5" and "workingcopy_123456_654321_Channel_G_0.f5"
Options:
The ratio of waveforms found per point is recorded in the logfile and saved as attribute "Waveforms found ratio" on the corresponding fragments of the field "Waveforms.DirectionDelta" in the F5-file. Please note that a value of 1.0 can only be reached in rare cases as not 100% of all waveforms are saved to the RXP by the scanner. Values above 0.95 are usually the maximum that can be achieved. If you encounter values smaller than 0.1 then your scanner might be calibrated wrongly. In this case please contact your scanner's manufacturer and ask for the correct reference time. Use this reference time via the t_ref option (see above).
